I have a 15000 BTU Quick Kool unit and need the grill the holds the filter. My grill is broken on the side rung but the others are OK. I realize that I can glue it and it will be fine but I would like to get a new on. Ketelsen's have tried to get one and they have talked to Dometic several times with serial and model numbers and have gotten the part numbers and Dometic can't get it right. Before I call Dometic dose anyone have the correct number for the grill. The person ordering the grills knows what she is doing and the problem is with Dometic.
