We have our roof inspected every year by our dealer and caulk or repair as needed.We have it washed every year at our Florida site. We can not do these things on our own anymore.My concern is that there is no damage and good caulking. We are not concerned how white or gray the roof is. However the picture by the OP is a disaster.
