I used to tow our 2003 3295RK, which is heavier than the 3400RL, with a 1999 F350 V10. It did just fine. We now tow with and F250 and it does great. It's not the V10 though.

The 3400RL has one of the lightest pinweights of all Montanas even though it's not the lightest model. But that light pinweight allows you to probably be within your GVWR and GCWR ratings as well. You didn't say what year the F250 is so I'm not sure your GVWR ratings.

The V10 is a very capable engine and is used in motorhome chassis also. It has a very flat torque curve for a gas engine and that makes it an excellent towing engine.
