UPDATE: Thank you all for your thoughts and advice. Camping World helped us out by re-calibrating the system. Something they told us we couldn't have done on our own. So happy ending....but wait, on the way home, only 5 minutes away from Camping World, someone hit the Montana head on!! It was on a curve and she went under the front of it narrowly missing our truck and took out the whole side.
My husband said the camper just exploded . Gotta start a new thread to ask about this calamity
