Thank you all for your suggestions. Most helpful. Miraculously, the left front jack worked this morning and we were able to release it from the front. But it's not dependable. It's been sporadic. A call to Lippert is in the works and we will purchase jacks, "just in case". I feel confident that I can depend on fellow Montana users for answers instead of the dealer (who still hasn't responded btw). Happy motoring
