We drilled some holes with a pilot bit to hold an oak plug while the drywall screw actually holds the trim to the slide. When we were at the Service Center, I made sure to tell the techs so they wouldn't get frustrated as to why the trim wouldn't come off. The vertical trim pieces each have two screws, one at the top and the other at the bottom. The horizontal ones have 2 or 4, depending on length.
