This is the Connected Car Plan from AT&T using a Mobley router. The Mobley is designed to plug into the OBDII port on your vehicle. Add a 120V to 12V OBDII cable (available from Amazon) and you have a device suitable for use in the RV or home.

Mine has been running for 2 weeks without a problem.
