Another Keystone Kudo

Our vacuum went on the fritz about a month ago. We did all of the troubleshooting and couldn't find the problem. I sent an email to our dealer and explained the problem. Got the standard email back stating that we were out of warranty and repairs would be on us.

I asked that the service tech contact Keystone and/or Dometic to see if we could get a new one at no cost to us even though we were out of warranty as we were aware that Keystone sometimes authorizes repairs even though the unit is out of warranty. Needless to say; two days later we get an email from the service tech that we would have a new vacuum at the dealer's at the end of the week.

It's sitting on the floor waiting to be installed.
