Welp, the email to my contact and the dealer bounced so I guess he doesn't work there anymore, so contacted Dometic today and I can't buy the one part I need, I have to get the whole assembly as Webefulltime predicted. It'll make it easier I guess to install but a bit expensive. Total price with a tech coming out to install is just over $600. I can however get it on Amizon with free shiping and install myself for $300.
BTW, I did find the sticker with the model no.
