Never stayed in Central City but I have driven there. We have stayed at Dakota Ridge in Golden before. It was pretty good. The best stay was west of Evergreen on a working ranch VRBO. Stayed in a loft above the horse stalls. No way to get a rig to that property. The last 5 miles was a rutted dirt road but when you get there it was really cool.
