Hi I have also found if your cables from your antenna are run to close to power for lights it will interfere with signal. I replace my coaxial cables every 5 to 8 years. This may seem extreme but I find it works for me. Just a thought. Good luck. PS try running cable straight to tv and see if turning lights on and off affects it then.
