I noticed that Walmart has a special buy of the Garmin 760 for $246. That's an excellent deal (almost half off) and would make a great Christmas present.
I think it's available online only but you can have it shipped *free* to your local Walmart store and pick it up there.
We have the 760 model and are quite pleased with it.
