Camping at OAK GROVE Campground on Pensacola NAS is at least a TEN! Close to a dog friendly beach on Pensacola Bay. Campground has all the services - Cable TV and Clean roomy showers and laundry. Blue Angels practice on Tuesday and WED and you get a free air show - you are about 1/2 mile from the birthplace of Naval avaiation and one of the finest air museums in the country. Little known secrets are Fort Barrancas and the "Improved Redoubt" as well as the historical Pensacola Base and its architecture. Yes they are recovering from the 2005 Hurricane season, but the best stuff is still there. We were priveliged to witnes the ORISKANY artificial reef sinking and had a ringside seat at when she was towed to sea.

Close to Mobile and a great place for qualified folks to spend some time!
