You may want to check out RV Roof FlexArmor. Work is done inside their building in a controlled environment. It's sprayed on but the prep they do is 2nd to none along with the finished product!!! Had mine done 2 years ago. Be sure it's RVRoof.com. Check this out before going anywhere else, "you will not regret it!"
