Yes you don’t leave anything out they will eat but it’s hard not to. The trash truck comes once a week and if you feed the birds. It’s hard not to leave something out they will eat. We had honey bees, they love honey. You put an electric fence around the hives. Put 5 wires about 6 inches apart 3 hot wires and 2 ground wires. Eve then they will try to dig under the bottom hot wire.
