Montana had a problem with the 12 volt fuse panel in 04. It seems that the connector lugs in the panel were changed by its manufacturer without telling Keystone. The new lugs were smaller than the old one so the clips on the wiring harness slip off real easy. I beleive there was a message sent by Keystone to all Montana dealers about this. My dealer replaced all of the clips the day before we picked up out unit. All except the one for the furnace. First time out we froze but thats a different story. Check the clips behind the 12 volt panel. They should not come off easily.
