And why is it walking Pigeon-toed, not Duck-toed?

I used to look foreword to visiting my favorite ice cream place Basking Robins, Jamoca Almond fudge was my order, 3 scoops on a sugar cone. Wow, my mouth is watering. (Around 1,000 calories) fat grams? Lots.
We have a local Taco place named ‘In-a-Tub’ have eaten there since 1962, 6 mild Tacos and a Pocket-burger was my standard order, watering mouth again…. About 1500 calories and who the heck knows how many fat-grams.
Going to the store to buy groceries was a blast, I would go hungry, (always a bad idea) but Sue would say, I like it when you go shopping; about a zillion calories and fat grams in the shopping bags.
My idea of exercise was having to walk down the stairs and back up with a cold case of beer from the downstairs ‘frig I have, ( I keep it at 34 degrees) to hold all the impulse buying items from the grocery store. No produce, it would freeze at times, but that would be no problem, hardly ever bought produce anyway.
You know how that little voice in the back of your head talks to you in a whisper at times? We hardly ever listen, but it does talk to you.
Well, in a quiet moment back in 01, I made an appointment to have a heart scan, and a whole body scan. I ordered it from a private cat-scan place here in K.C.
Just wanted to check on the ole body, I was 57 then. My Agatston score was 67, I was shown Plaque in one of my arteries on the screen. Agatston score was named after some Heart Doc that figured the odds of a heart-attack based on the calcium in your arteries.
I kept up the heart scan part of the testing.
02 it was 62.48 Guess that was when I cut butter and watched my diet a little.
09 it was 229 wasn’t watching anything.
This month 707
You know how it feels when you grab a hot line voltage wire accidentally? Well 2 very similar feelings. Remember all those Bacon pictures I posted?
It is written that a 700 score means you are 20% more likely to have a ‘heart event’
It is a good thing I like to cook, I now cook healthier.
I still can fast-walk for 3 or more miles, feel great, had tests done at my Dr.’s office, he said I was fine, just keep up the diet and eat healthy.
My advice to all of you is just be aware of the real conditions inside that largest organ in the body.
And what is it called when you walk with your toes out… bare-footed?
