Our outside ODS porch light has decided to turn itself on and won't turn off. This rocker switch controls the front top door side light, the light under the steps and the light for the hitch. I have pulled the fuse but the lights still won't turn off. Finally, I just removed all three lights. However, the rocker switch still glows in the off position as if the lights were on.

Any suggestions how to correct this problem.
