I used the Torco fork oil and it helped alot. Like said ... you'll have to take some out to put some in unless you want a mess. Here's the instructions to do the job. The reason they want to do it 1/2 quart at a time while moving the cylinders is it gets the new oil to both sides of the cylinders faster.
