I don't think it will make much difference when you make the actual reservation. We have the block of 30 sites reserved for the MOC. The C.G closes the 1st of November and will not open again till mid April. They do need to know the actual numbers by the 20th of July so they can plan accordingly.BTW Steve the homework was done by yourself and others in planning these rallies.We just learned, Listened and followed.
