Just a follow up to our repair process. We left the rig with Ron Hoover RV and Boat in Katy TX on Monday, November 12th and we got it back yesterday, the 20th as promised. Don Parsons in their service department kept us apprised of their progress, and sure enough the rig was waiting outside in their temporary camping area when we flew back in yesterday. All was good with the repair and no unexpected surprises. We even had the rig washed ($125). Definitely someplace to keep in mind for work and professionalism.
