Body damage and where to repair??

We had some damage on the rear cap and left quarter panel of our Montana 3721RL last month. Now that we are in the Houston area for about a month, we are exploring the challenges with getting it fixed, and oh yes, we are full timers too. It will be an insurance claim through National General, who referred us to Camping world in Katy (big facility) We went there yesterday and we could see that there were a lot of rigs in the process of getting fixed, etc. We were informed that we would need to leave the rig there to have the back inspected and pulled off, approvals, etc. We had some concerns about their attention to "getting things done" in a semi-timely fashion. We also took the rig to another smaller operation north of Houston who just took pictures and will get approvals, order parts etc. and only had 3 rigs in process (but was highly rated on Google).

We are in a quandry about using the recommended, potentially longer CW vs an independent guy

Last note, we do have full time insurance coverage for housing too.

Any thoughts/comments appreciated...
