I just looked at the registration records and it shows that your registration was abandoned, which means you might have lost your internet connection during your sign up. But you should of received an email from RegOnLine informing you that there was a problem and give you a way to go back and register. If not, I would start over. At this point, I can definitely tell you that your not registered and your credit card has not been charged.
