On the subject of mullet. I managed to get hold of a couple large mullet, around 1-2 lbs. each. Seems no one here eats them, but what do they know? I get on the internet and find many recipes for grilled mullet. So I fire up the grill. DW soaks the fillets in yellow mustard and applies Tony's liberally. Served up on a bed of rice pilaf, with roasted corn on the cob. Quite tasty.
