I'M 61 and do around 200-350 miles per day. Coming from Alaska two years ago I did 475 and 490 back to back and had to rest a full day after that so only averaged 300 a day anyway, just saved one night camping fee, Big Deal..... You will find your numbers soon enough, just don't push it too hard. SAFETY FIRST!!!!!!! Good Luck.....
