Not having the flooding problem and, without doing a search my educated guess would be this. The water valve on the toilet starts leaking on either the intake side or discharge side. If your bowl holds water and it’s leaking on that side it will overfill and flood the camper. If it leaks at the bowl seal it will do the same or even fill your black water tank and flood your camper. If it’s on the intake side of the valve it will just flood the camper.
