Knowing your basement dimensions helps tremendously. We were fortunate that our plastic Rubbermaid bins worked on the last two rigs. In the 3750, they only fit longways and were not too efficient. In the 3850, the same bins fit sideways (prevents movement) since the basement is about 5 inches wider. Some things are better to do after delivery so you don't make purchases that you may regret since better options may be available. For instance, we wanted a sliding basement organizer (really like the Mor-Ryde offerings, but the 3750 basement was not wide enough, the 3850 will and the sliding tray is on the mod list.
