They look clever enough, but I would be concerned about movement so I might add an X-chock between the tires when you finally find the level. Then triangle chock the other side.

I use the stackable orange Lynx thingies but it can be frustrating estimating how many to stack, then being wrong and having to back off and restack but it's what I do. This seems easier except for the fear that I might be so offlevel I drive off the higher end, ouch. Deginitely need a spotter. Fortunately the thickness of the fat end looks like they can support quite the offlevel. If you can't level side to side at the maximum height of those levelers, then back off and go find a flatter site.
