Boy Howdy ... pricey ... I think the new hybrid electric cars that are going to save the environment have a similar version of these batteries. The "steeler" sure doesn't mention the replacement cost of these batteries once their lifespan runs out. Maybe original owners just don't plan on keeping them that long. Look up Prius replacement battery costs ... it's beyond fathoming ....
