We have the Goodyear G614's on this Montana but the original poster is towing a Mountaineer which probably is lighter than what we're towing. The G614's are load range G and while would do a good job it might be more expense than is necessary for that model.

Assuming the weight falls within the proper range, I'd consider the BF Goodrich Commercial T/A in load range E. After many problems with Goodyear Marathon tires on our prior Montana we swapped them out for a set of the Commercial T/A tires. We only put 9,000 miles on those tires before trading the fifthwheel but they were trouble free and tire wear appeared excellent. That's not a lot of miles but if I were looking for a LR E tire I'd serious consider the Commercial T/A.
