No problems so far, even with only one battery. We don't do any night travel, only do 350-400 mile days when traveling, only stop at rv parks for the night. I check my battery water level every month, use only distilled water in it, and take note of any cells that show a different water usage during my checks. The trailer connect cord, when not plugged in, gets its connector covered with a piece of bicycle inner tube and is coiled up and stored inside the back of the pin box which is itself sealed with an aluminum cover.
