We ran into that problem on an overnight park stay in NM this summer. We'd arrived after hours & parked in an open spot. Plugged into shore power & lost half the outlets in the rear living space of our 3921FB. I checked all the breakers & fuses, nothing had tripped. Talked to Keystone, they could only give me faraway service centers that wouldn't do warranty work on our 5er. Next morning, some guy (not with the park) comes by with his dog & yells at us for parking where we did. We decided to leave, but once set up, I had hubby pull into one of the other spots to check our trailer against a different power post on a hunch (intuition?). We learned it wasn't our trailer with the problem, but that first power post. We continued on to Texas & haven't had any problems since.

Sometimes, it's not you, but them.
