I have a 2018 3971 with Legacy Package which includes the cord reel mounted into the side of the unit. When packing up yesterday it seems as though the reel has jumped off the gears? Or off the chain? I have power but the reel doesn’t engage at all. Is this a common problem? Is it an easy fix? I know it is under warranty but don’t want to deal with taking it back to dealer if at all possible.
