Have to agree ~~ the dealer makes the difference. Some do not want the warranty work and if not written accurately a claim will be denied. Now they fix the claim they had denied on your dime at full price. The AC duct problem is a Montana (and every other builder) problem. Nearly every other AC problem is the problem of the supplier. Same with refers, furnaces, and other supplied and installed items. In my HC ~~so far~~ the problems have been minor. The new roller shades are junk compared to the MCD supplied in 2016. Builder ~~ well the guy installing trim should be cleaning toilets and not near any unit! He has no clue on using a nail gun. Although I'm sure his IQ is above 1 I'm just as certain it is below 10. Very happy so far, I'll let you know in March after 4 - 5 months in it and a few thousand more miles.
