Mark N., Hope you actually put in fork oil, not jack oil as you stated, because jack oil will do nothing to fix the stiction issue in the hydraulic system, which is what causes the popping with the jacks, and no, it is not air in the hydraulics that causes this, or it would soon disappear with continued use as the air was worked out of the lines. I used the CAT fluid, and the popping stopped almost immediately after installing the quart of fluid.
