Cheif's has been a great service dealer for us. We only had a few minor items for mfg repair, but they handled all with no problems. In fact, out dinette had a very small crack two days before our warranty expired and they replace the table. If you think you are getting the run around, ask for Ron, he is the owner. Keep us posted.
