Here's something to try, remove the filter (if there's one) on the return vents, stick your cell phone up there and see if you can get a picture of the inside of the return vent. On our SOB Forum with the same type of system there has been a problem of the vent material not staying up and wires running thru the vent, thus restricting the return air flow.
