Sorry paddler67, the wet bolts won't help the hangers where the breaks occur. They only help keep the bushing lubricated to help prevent wear at the shackles.
The hangers breaking at the welds could be poor workmanship, too overloaded, too many potholes, bad luck or combinations of this stuff.
A search should find some really good reinforcements of these hangers that owners have done.
BTW Steve, what was done for the hangers in that picture?
