Has anyone had experience with an air compressor from Vital Air model 460c?

I have a Ford F250 pulling a 2980 RL and when I go in for routine TV maintenance I usually have the tires checked for tire pressure. Seems like every dealer has a different understanding of proper towing tire pressure. The last dealer put 65 psi in the front tire and 80 psi in the rear tire of the tv. Said they put the max based on the tire info. Ford says 60 front 75 rear.
What do you do for cold tire pressure?
