1) The antenna tip needs to be closer to the back of the trailer so that the Donut of coverage pattern goes down toward the Tow Vehicle.

Do you mean the antenna on the camera? So basically the antenna should be vertical and centered on the camera, and pointed toward the truck as much as possible?

I installed a 3mm ferrite choke on the power line and this eliminated most of that problem.

Did you access the power wire from inside the back of the camper? I have cabinets across the back. Do you have to remove the cabinet back panels to get to the wire? Or did you find the wire somewhere else?
