It seems since our first Montana purchase we have been trading about every 4 years or so and it looks like we will keep this one for a least that amount of time.

For us being Canadian we also look at the value of our dollar compared to the US$ as with these being made in the United States the simple exchange rate can add thousands of dollars to these units once they land in Canada.

This last unit we bought a year ago we sort of jumped on the bandwagon because we anticipated our dollar to loose it's value after a few years of being on par or above with the US$.

Since we purchased ours in May 2014 the simple exchange rate change has added 20% and up to the price of these on Canadian lots and each day I am shocked at how many people keep stepping up to the plate the buy at these inflated prices.

We won't even be looking until our dollar has a much more favourable value as I refuse to burn through thousands of dollars and not get anything more value wise in return.
