Also, if the kiddos get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom they're not coming into the bedroom.

In our former 2980 we had an accordion door we could use while those taking showers needed to. Now in our 3402 there is a sliding door into the bedroom and into the lower part so the bath becomes an all-in-one with no disturbances to the living area or the bedroom area.
