When we first started RVing folks were stealing power cords occasionally to sell for the copper. I got a 50amp extension cord and made a dog bone for it so I could use it in place of the regular cord or as an extension. So far we have only used it twice, both times as an extension cord, but both times it was for most of the winter and so we really needed it.
