Sorry ... I'm not buying the revelation to you that two bearings had no grease in them. You wouldn't have made it 10 miles down any road before the bearing would have failed. Ask for them to tell the story again and let us know what episode two is. If it is the same story ... I surely hope they replaced the bearings along with the races because they would be way used up. Even the spindle would probably have been blue from the heat.
