It could be what TanktechRx calls struvites. On their website,
http://tanktechsrx.com/ , they talk about mineral deposits that occur on the walls of waste tanks, and this may be what you are seeing coming out the waste line. I see this quite a bit, and just assume it is these deposits breaking off.
