Our model has 1 "real" window (discounting the bedroom slide) on the street-side. That is blocked whenever the television is raised, which is usually. Sometimes it's a problem, like when you want to spy on your neighbors over there :-), but a cross-breeze would be nice once in awhile. I'm not a big AC guy. I'd much rather have the windows open, whenever possible. That said, you adjust and I couldn't be happier with my floorplan.
