Hi
Because Keystone doesn’t have any quality control in the production line no one can tell you where that valve is.
Ours was under the bathroom sink others have found them in the wall near the same location and some have fond them in places I can’t identify because I don’t have that model trailer.
They are located where ever the installer found was convenient when he was installing it and in my case it was most convenient for the installer not to install it and just put some fittings in place of it.
Or more likely in my case the worker that installed the fittings didn’t know what was supposed to be there and just made the lines water tight.
