Break down once like I have and you will always travel with plenty of water and your holding tanks empty. There was no camp ground anywhere with in reason so we had to boon dock at the dealers lot over the week end. Everything locked up and no outside water anywhere. With my wife and I plus 3 kids you need facilities. You will not see any difference in your MPG or pulling ability if your fresh water tank is full or empty.
