Made sure the dealer had ours balanced when we purchased the Monte also. I would not accept the Trailer Kings that came on the unit and would not take the Monte off the lot until the tires were changed over to G614's. I asked that they be balanced and metal stems put on. I also asked to see the receipt from the tire shop that mounted and balanced them also since the dealer does not mount tires in their shop at least that's what I was told anyway! LOL That's why I asked for the receipt on the mount and balance. I'd be contacting Goodyear since you stated that one of the tires was not able to be balanced. Something is wrong there!
