regarding the decals, if you are comfortable with going into mexico, go down to mazatlan and have the decals painted. great work down there.
I am also sure if you search in Phoenix you will find someone also.
as for waxing the trailer, hire someone. not worth it to me to kill myself for a few hundred dollars.
